What is FERPA?
FERPA (the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) is a federal law that protects the privacy of your educational records. It gives you the right to access your records, request corrections, and control who else can see them. Without your written permission, we generally cannot share your academic, financial, or disciplinary information with anyone - even your parents or guardians. This is done annually. Other considerations can be discussed with the Registrar's office with a scheduled appointment.
